Message I haven't been doing this as long as many so look for good tips from guys like damon, nixit, guapo ect. With that said, here is my input.

You WANT adjustable front camber just so you dont ruin the outsides of your front tires (dial in a bunch of negitive at the track).
Your tires should last ALOT longer than two events.
=
subtract from tire cost per event

Brake fluid is like 15 a bottle (for motul).
I flush my system with a few bottles of that at the begining of the season and just try to check for air before each event.
So 3 bottles per season and with another couple around just for bleeding/checking for air.
add to brake fluid cost per event

I plan to spend between 300-500 for a two day event (PCA/BMWCCA) in fees, provided dinner, and the t-shirt(can't forget that).
add to fees per event

If you end up using track provided fuel (you might in a pinch or if you expirence any pinging) you should budget for more (gas goes quick).
add to gas per event

This is a difficult question, I guess all said and done 500 per event is not that far off (on average). Its difficult for me to calculate brakes pads, tires and oil since cars can be so different.

Good luck out there and have fun!
